Unless I'm wrong your download is 4.10 not 4.10.1 :)

I see that the new version is 4.10 and 4.10.1 is only visible in the update section of Wordpress control panel and in Elegant themes website it is only version 4.10.I have downloaded the latest version and uploaded it for you to check.
