No, it's still the same that's the code after a user installs it there is a .well know folder for his SSL cert a CGI-folder backup folder a.php and a mi.php that's not part of the original files as there not in version 2.3.1Actually it does seem the download file has been updated...

looking at your post it was not dizzy that had a back door nor do you even mention that within your post here
I tried to compress the zip as much as I can from 130mb down to 64mb so the download will be faster there is lost of files to unpack
