this change in Controller ufff!! excellent
$appointments = Appointment::where('date', '>', Now())->where('visited', '=', 0)->orderBy('id','DESC')->paginate(10);

Haha, I'm glad you noticed it. I was annoyed that it'll return both pending and completed appointments.
