I don't wanna suggest any free hosting but I have experience with

hostfactor.eu

and for small to medium website it's ok.

Prices are funny,
you can get 1 year of hosting for like 5$

I have a manga website and I pay $350 a month. Since I have a lot of traffic. The more traffic and images on the site, the more powerful hosting is needed. At the same time, hosting should be abuzo-resistant, since at the first complaint your account will be deleted from the hosting.

I will suggest you to avoid free hosting. It's not worth your time specially when it's manga hosting. DMCA will get your account banned in no time. Get DMCA ignored hosting or if not then get a normal hosting along with a DMCA ignored reverse proxy. That's what I am using.
