hard to explain here how i did lol,but it easy to null it since we can just follow old nulling method (u can compare files changes) but developer added and moved verification checking process files so i also changed that too.. that's not the main issue but to check how to stop it from deleting db and directory, just gimme me sometime to look more deeper after @orochimaruz update the resources..
I have fixed this too, just waiting for updated route file (web.php) so i can release it.

Thanks my friendAqui está a versão anulada adequada para v3.0, nesta versão eu também corrige o banco de dados e o diretório de script que estão sendo excluídos, testei no servidor ao vivo quase 3 dias e ainda está funcionando sem nenhum problema, vocês podem tentar. Mas web.php (rota) ainda não foi atualizado, pois ainda estamos esperando por isso, você sempre pode sobrescrever esse arquivo mais tarde.
Sempre pratique isto: faça backup do seu site antes de atualizar ou tente primeiro no servidor de desenvolvimento

Here is the proper nulled version for v3.0, in this release i also fixes the database and script directory being deleted, tested it on live server almost 3 days now and it still running without any issue, you guys can try it. But web.php (route) still not update yet as we still waitng for it, u can always overwrite that file later.
Always practise this: Backup your site before upgrade or try it in development server first
