Either Your Hosting IP is Blacklisted
or the Previous Domain owner Fuc**** it up

It's NEW to you.. It might be that someone owned it previously and let it expired
Check WHOIS records for previous registry

It's indeed a brand new domain (but BTW impossible to remember, so a bad choice IMO):
