I am on Shared Hosting, might that be the issue really 403 error.

I tested it on cPanel shared hosting before moving it to my VPS and it was working fine!! Are all the extensions script required by the script enabled on your shared hosting?

Yeah they are. Seems I have to check on mysql // DB again.

SUCCESSFUL indeed. It was a DB issue. I had to re-create it.

CC: Anyone getting a 500 ERROR message - just create a new MYSQL and upload the sql file then clear cache on your project url and run your tests.... Kudos
