I did not.
After import Shiftshafter, there are some template pages. So I suggest we use it first.
Check here, I can tweak blog post template here and there
This is enough to build a good site.
The CONS is:
I can not change the global font, CSS, Add Google analytics, etc...
If someone can disable Import and go directly to Theme OPtion, it is good

Sorry. Maybe it's just me but i don't get you now...
if only we knew where the shapeshift files should be uploaded to through Cpanel, we could have tried that.
so i contacted my host to whitelist the ip address and i was told i am using a shared server and can't whitelist it since shared servers don't provide root access. they suggested i uploaded the theme via Cpanel but couldn't help with that since it's a theme within a theme builder. they asked me to find a developer

I use VPS. I use WHM and whitelist the IP.
But still not access Theme Wizard.

Hi bro, so i after going through all complaints on thrive's support, i think thier errors are different from ours.... so i am thinking, if it's possible to find out from the person who shared the theme to show where shapeshift is saved in the cpanel so we can try to upload it there directly to see if that makes a difference.Yes sure, I share it with you.
Would be nice if you post a solution to use it, if you find one

Unfortunately I don't really know the person who shared the theme with me. And I think he's not into searching the position of the theme. He doesn't know that I needed it to null it and he probably wouldn't help me if he knew. But I'll try to ask him.

so the malware could be on your site rather.
it can be found here! "wp-content/themes/thrive-theme/inc/classes/cloud-api"i found this .....someone should perform some magic for us to be able to access the cloud lol

Ok ok okTPM means Thrive Product Manager not Temp
... properly this : get_tpm_connection (variable) has to be set to 'TRUE' somehow just like the activation of all the thrive plugins...
did you try changing it to true to see if it changes anything?
Anybody knows if this: protected $activated = false; has to be set as 'true' instead of false ?
