Not at all.
You need to be able to import the ShapeShift theme from within the Thrive Theme Builder!
naa! the real issue here in importing or downloading shapeshift from the cloud. maybe if you could get us the shapeshift to try it may be something
yes we do but it's not importing even though it notify that "import succesfully"
Have you tried through Cpanel or going through the normal them => upload theme? cos it showing on mine, just getting errors with the combination of TCB and shapeshift
after uploading the theme builder through cpanel, the theme builder options is just blank
please can you confirm the php version you use? 7.2 leaves me at the import wizard, 7.3 gives me a blank screen, 7.4 keeps loading the theme logo
