open your plugin or themes via ftp or cpanel and go to
thrive_dashboard\classes\Product\LicenseManager.php

ok good thanks have got it but can i import template from the thrive itself and not uploading the zip files

How to import one the Thrive Themes inside WP ? I can't import them. No problems with the Thrive Plugins but the Themes... it doesn't import nothing...

Well : It says the Thrive Themes need to be activated before they can use them...
Any soloution on this issue ?
