Actually, just ran it in a VM and all the installer did was create an uninstaller and opened Google in Microsoft Edge. I didn't see anything useful there at all.

Which is probably because the project is dead. As the op said, it was created for someone who's no longer in business. If there were files the installer was supposed to download, I guess it can't because the server hosting those files is no longer available. Nothing we can do about it.
