First of all, when considering drag and drop WordPress plugins, it is determined by what theme you're using. Not every theme is compatible with every builder. Some use:
- WPBakery Page Builder
- DIVI Builder (For the DIVI theme)
- Elementor (As some people already mentioned)
- Beaver Builder
- Themefiy Builder
- Fusion Builder (my favourite) for AVADA theme.
So, again, the best way to determine what is most suitable is first to:
- Pick a theme
- Determine if you're importing theme demo content, if you are, check and see what the site developers used to build the theme because you will have to stick with that (if you want to continue to be able to edit the same demo content)
- If you plan to start fresh or get a theme but then edit it to your liking, which I wouldn't recommend, then I guess you can pick one from the above.
- NOTE: if you follow step 3, whatever content is in place will not be able to be edited on ANOTHER WordPress builder, other than what it was created in.
