Dynamic.ooo - Dynamic Content for Elementor
You are using PHP version 8.2.3 and it's not yet fully supported. The maximum version supported is 8.1.
What actually are you asking?
The main download is v2.8.10 which is the latest version.
If you want v2.8.9 then just grab that from the history tab.

I said when i try it from the Download button it show 2.8.9 instead 2.8.10,
So i try to download now, its 2.8.10, so i not sure bug for me or what just now
