Hi!
I tested this module and it works partially, that is, it generates a pdf in the form, but it does not send to e-mail. Do you have any idea how I could make it send by e-mail as an attachment?

does anybody has problem with the analytics?even on and off didnt work i tried everything.On the form settings it shows on but suddenly they stoped working after upgrade to 1.8.1

Warning! There was a problem saving data. Please retry later. this the error it shows when building the form, whats the problem? after building the form and whenever i click on save form it shows this error
