guys i follow documentation step by step but on localhost says 404 not found when acces to localhost/laravel/public.
Working on Shared Hosting but many feature is not work like change password. Customize the App. I try Access "https://domain.com/admin/settings". It says 404 not found.

if you want to go to the panel Easyplex you write like this : https://icemedias.com/public/ ( without words laravel
in the middle )
but you will see problem after that !!
so if you want to solved : create your database ( name and user & password ) in file .env
For those using a Litespeed Server, you have to use your htaccess file to tell the server to redirect to the document folder "Public" because for Laravel to work, it just be pointed to that document folder
