It's your database issue. It is denying access to your user so probably it doesn't have enough privileges. Create another user/database and try again. Or check access grants for the actual user.

Thanks to you I was able to notice that i forgot to add "cpanelname_" befor user and database name.
Thank you very much!
While creating Packages, add all the Gateway for payment then only it will show the Gateway to the user.

yes, but the one i ask is when user upgrade plan package, they just showing maual transfer and paypal

Just apply the patch and in the License Field use Extended License as key and you're done!!
And if you want to directly use the extended version fresh install then download from below.
