Extract the zip file. you will find the Eidmart theme folder, compress it into a zip file and upload it, the Eidmart file alone. If you still has issues, kindly contact me on any of my contact info on my bio https://gotgo.pro/onek4r

Thanks for the help, managed to install Eidmart but the theme lacks core updates so I have abandoned it.

Better to use version 2.0 it's working fine with me till now
if you can't import it from WP admin, you can open you cPanel > Public_html > WP-Content > Theme > and upload the theme
