3.0 is the first major release that potentially will break something because they removed .elementor-inner and .elementor-column-wrap classes.
Wait for a new version, if it breaks again, some layouts need to be recreated again.

After unzip rar you must Upload the two zip files with Plugin Installer or Upload with FTP and extract.
