Not working since few weeks, also previously using localhost I did import from the last version, but now even localhost is not importing any template.

Physkx updated Elementor Pro | #1 Premium WordPress Website Builder with a new update entry:
Elementor Pro v3.7.2 + v3.6.6 Free
This version does work with importing prebuilt templates from the library without needing to create an account. Not all templates work only the old ones and no kits work - because of this and the fact the templates have not been updated in a long time I am not sure this nulled version will be updated much longer either.

A while ago I uploaded a file with the Kits. As far as I know these can be imported via Elementor - Tools - Import/Export Kit, then click Start Import and select the zip file from inside the Kit Library folder from my upload.
Maybe I'm wrong though!!!

No you're right I forget the kit library has been shared, anyone who wants to use the newer templates or kits will need to import them manually via this process.
I uploaded the Kits, not the templates.
If someone wants to give me all the numbers of the missing templates in this format (17504.json) I may update at some stage. However, doubt anyone will.

This is different. https://library.elementor.com/fashion-shop/ is from Elementor Library, and https://babiato.tech/resources/fashionable-fashion-shop-elementor-template-kit.22191/ is custom made, sold in themeforest

As @Physkx mentioned, kits should still work fine importing them manually.
However, as for missing templates, you want somebody with a lot of spare free time to go through them all and find missing ones.
Bet more people will moan about missing ones than actually give any details for you.
