This problem appeared when I tried with Elementor Nulled + Pro Nulled! In free plugin when I wanted import free template it worked.

Local by Flywheel and it successor Lightning are a disaster.
Since using Laragon, I've never looked back at Flywheel or any other local development tool: https://laragon.org/download/index.html

I recently switched from Lightning to Laragon and I love it. Much faster than Lightning and none of the hassles.

It's slow and can't do updates for many plugins including Elementor Pro.

Good move, the biggest thing I thought I was missing with Laragon was the ability to clone a site but I found out how to do that earlier so I'm even more happy with it now.

Not difficult at all, it's built in with Laragaon. Menu --> Quick app --> Clone --> 'Select a project to clone'

That should be enough, also put your max_input_vars to 5000.
