Use a VPS with 1GB RAM at least shared hosting is not suitable for anything but basic wp sites, not page builders. Amazon lightsail is extremely easy to setup, suitable for elementor, and good pricing - https://aws.amazon.com/lightsail/

I recommend AWS Lightsail, even the lowest $3.50/month one works great for Elementor as long as not too many other plugins are being used.

I installed Local by Flywheel, and the error stayed the same! Somebody, please help me.

Yeah its not working anymore, seems like they did server side update. Keeps asking to link to their library. I connected it with an account. Server is a beast, 4gigs of ram and php 7.2. Its not the set up, the plugin null just went down.
