It was missing some code in base-widget-trait.php , and like @Medw1311 said to avoid confusion download the recource from staff, moderator, null master or trusted uploaders.

Delete both elementor plugins and copy manually from this update to plugins folder.

This does not solve the problem, it only hides the problem. What it does do is not detect the translations, therefore it does not download the new translations available.
I'm on the latest 3.11.0 and I've tried the check license status which then turns active - but I always get Bad Request when trying to download and free template/blocks. Also when I go back to check the License status it always reverts to Missing but when clicking check license status it becomes Active again. If I reload the page - it show Missing again.
Is there any chance that anyone can provide a regular updated pack of free (& preferably Pro?) templates/blocks/kits to dowload similar to in elementor-pro-best-wp-page-builder-v3.7.3n.+.v3.6.8fn-with-templates.zip in an earlier post. Newer Flexbox container versions are really what I'm after - Flexbox Elementor sites seem to be so much lighter/efficient & well - flexible!
