When I try the Popup builder or adding certain element blocks, they don't appear. I'm I missing anything?

Hey, when you download the uploaded file "elementor-pro-nulled-248".

You have to unzip it
Inside you will find the folder "Elementor-pro"
You can either drag and drop that into your wp-contents>plugins folder using FTP or you can ZIP that file and upload it through WordPress.

When I try using the blocks, it's saying I have to activate the license. But it's already activated, do I have to do anything else?

Similar here - I can't insert the blocks neither use one of the templates... Maybe I just got a thinking problem

when you active elementor pro and free, please dont update free elementor to latest

sometimes some of addons is blocking loading elementor.
my solve is I am testing one by one which addon is the problem:
for example I cant install plus ... addons it is blocking my elementor
