Yes i'have same problem of agri when i try to change the section to "style" the section no longer appears.

I use wp in Italian and the strange thing is that if I set "Site language" to English, the section appears.

It's a known bug with the v3.2.1 Free update. You need to roll back to v3.1.4 or keep the site language as English for now.

It might just be the Italian language that is affected also, everyone I have seen with the issue on Facebook is Italian.
