Error killed site, restored from backup to Elementor ver 2.5.16 (original used to build site).

I don't have Import / Export option in dashboard/elementor/tools/import export
An screenshot of missing part is attached.
Currently I am using latest one uploaded here on latest WordPress Multisite enabled:
v3.3.1 Pro + v3.2.5 Free
Could you please guide me that, there is something wrong with my wordpress configuration or it is because of this plugin uploaded here?

As this feature is currently only in "Alpha" development it is not turned on by default.
To turn it on go to Elementor > Settings > Experiments and set Import Export Template Kits to Active and click save.
This feature is due to become official in the v3.3 update of Elementor Free but from my work with the beta version so far this feature is still very problematic.

Earlier when I wish to create a footer etc, I easily go to Template>>Theme Builder and import it. But now it is asking to connect the template library. What to do?

I created a new free account, activated the landing pages in the Experiments tab, and still get a "Cannot create user" when I try to import a landing page. Anyone else?
