Have had many users of various clients complain that they can't do things on a website when they are using old browser versions from the dark ages.

Similar to what has already been mentioned about users third party spyware, adware or malware addon extensions on their browsers stopping certain parts of websites showing or working, simple little that cause stupid issues for some users.
