I doubt that any minor patch (x.x1-9) will include such a big shift, i think we can expect new things on more bigger patch releases (x.1-9) if not the whole versions (1-9.x.x)

in the reactions folder this is in the script folder of the Sngine (not the theme)

go to your includes folder and search for config.php at line 7 there will be the url of your website with a "/" remove the / and leave your url as it is, it will work.
