I build an e-commerce website with the wordpress theme Ogami and it's hosted on a subdomain by OVHCLOUD. My problem is that i have try anyway of configuring email sending but its not going , i have try to contact OVHCLOUD and they told me that its the work of a webmaster but i myself is the webmaster but couldn't find a solution for that can anyone here help me ?

Hi,

Can you troubleshoot the following next?

1. Walkthrough the settings of the e-commerce website (what for email is been set for outgoing mail).

2. Check the DNS records for email (DKIM, DMARC, SPF etc). You need to contact your hostingprovider for these details. For reputation about your mail; you can check an external website for it: https://www.mail-tester.com/?lang=en

3. Install an WordPress SMTP plugin. Likely the website is sending mails from php-mailer function from WordPress. In the repo from WordPress there are many smtp plugins.

Which mail system you use ?
SMTP or PHP...?
