Email verfication not working Xenforo 2.2.2 [need help]

i am using xenforo 2.2.2 which babiato forum share wihtout branding one.

i register with temp mail no confirmation received . how i can fix the issue. previous i waas testing xenforo 1.8.8 something it was working...

I am using the same script for my website but using SMTP method to handle email sending, you can try it may work.

Edit: Btw I just checked my registrations and there were a bunch of legit users who did not got their email and does not confirmed the registration, I can guess my mail goes to spam.

so should we disable email verificaion and direclty make them valid. but where all these option come ?? if you know let me know ...
