Did you turn it on in the Extensions tab of EA settings? If I recall correctly it isn't enabled by default.

It was already turned on.

Here is what mine looks like. As you can see the Multi-Layered option is missing.

This is how it looks on the EA website. It has a Multi-Layered option.

Just tested this extensively....

It's another thing that is broken with Elementor 3.0.x

If you go back to 2.9.x you will see Multi-Layered option again.

Thank you for the help! I'm struggling to find a good multi parallax plugin. This seemed like the one. Do you have any you would like to recommend?

Honestly I recommend going back to Elementor 2.9.x for now and continuing with this one. Elementor 3.0.x is a real clusterf*ck
