which version was not working?
Let me give you a real example: I was builded a website (currently live) via essentials which version was 2.1.4 (i think) and I updated regularly by manual method (via FTP) and I'm using version 3.0.3 and there have no issue.

Can you please help me hw to get everything working then. I am using latest version now. Which version should I have to install first then how to upgrade it to the latest.

I do not have time for that but when I update that website to 3.0.4 and if I dont have any issue after upgrade process then I can explain what I did step by step.

I keep folders on my external HDD and I havent there currently.
As I said before I was kept working version which is v2.1.4 (i guess) and I updated regularly each released new version. I just can not use header but no problem because I was setup on working version and I dont need edit anymore. So, I just updated theme from v3.0.3 to v3.0.4 and I checked whole website there have NO ISSUE evenmore it seem faster rather than old version.
How do I follow update process?
1- First of all I'm getting full backup via duplicator pro. And also I'm getting backup only theme options because sometimes just broken theme options so no need to install full backup.
2- I'm checking old and new version's folders and files (In this time, v3.0.3 has "sass" folder but this folder has not in new version)
3- When you unzip downloaded file there have a lot of folders, files etc. I just keep "theme", "child theme" and "plugins" folders. And I'm going into this folder theme(essentials)-->inc-->tgm-->plugins and I'm cutting all of plugins and pasting another folder (because you dont need upload to your hosting all of them)
4- The heme is ready to upload now, I'm open up filezilla and themes folder and, I just rename old theme (please check attachment) and upload new theme folder.
5- I login into dashboard and deleting "core, revslider, js_composer" plugins and installing newest versions via "Plugins" section (Please remember that I was separate plugins folder in 3th step, and I'm using these plugins for upgrading)
6- This time I was faced just a "warning" when I go to theme options but I just click "Save" button and its disappeared, because it says "we did not find ..... files in sass/ folder. (Please remember that I was realized the folder not has in new version)
7- I checked website all pages and there have NO ISSUE.
P.S: I attached also my theme's dashboard screenshot.

1- if $64 is few bucks for you what are you doing here?
2- There has a lot of people here who live in a country which their currencies lower than 20x or 30x or more for US dollars. So it's not "few" bucks for us.
3- I can easily say that was not funny If it's a joke.

download first version below 3 install and activate then go to demo import and import any demo once its imported update the theme to 3DEMO Import Not Working@Tomz
