May be advanced to do was very older one. But having too many criteria doesn't help or ppl who ready to share resources are also blocked.

No it hasn't. And if you read the rules you will see that there cant be duplicate resources.
How about you give back to the community a bit more instead of whining. If you don't like the rules and the way this forum is run, then there are plenty other sites you can browse to. Its the quality of the site itself and not just the resources..

Actually very easy to get 50 reactions if your posts are more than a few words of meaningless crap solely to meet a certain post count criteria.
