I found something,
if you want to change homepage header, doing this change under wp-admin/theme options/header builder/
not enough, I changed via this section and my home page didn't change after that. I don't know why but it doesn't work.
So you need to go to Appearance/Customize(ewebot)/Homepage Settings/Static page>Homepage section to change homepage header then click publish.
That's all.
