@Tomz - You didn't comment out all the necessary lines in licensing.php. Lines 711 to 713 need to be commented out as well.

@Japan I'm not sure what you are doing different, but it definitely does work.

Here is my entire file. Note, I've changed the extension from .php to .txt to allow it to be uploaded.

Did it one more time with debug on, by doing the entire replacement in file licensing.php by your licensing.txt. It stil gives above errors.

However.
When I replaced all elementor-extras folder by v2.2.27 Untouched from @medw1311 the problem is gone.
