Facebook for WooCommerce

Hi Team,

I am not able to configure Facebook for WooCommerce plugin does anyone here can help me debug the issue? Currently the plugin only fires the pixels but feed is not getting synced. As a result retargeting is not happening and I am not able to get a single conversion on my spends.

Do you recommend a different plugin for same?

I use this and it works fine. By official Facebook themselves. What exactly is the issue you're facing? Is your FB Business Manager, catalogue and pixel in sync? You might want to check and make sure you have the right permission in FB Business, do note that only business owner can setup sync, if I'm not mistaken.

My bad, my store manager cancelled the sync for each product manually and didn't update me.
