In short NO, traffic will pass on lowda.com site but DA, PA and all is different identity for domains.
Then it will not benefit anyway. Traffic is what you need and if no traffic is there then it's a waste.
What you can do is generate content on highda then link back to lowda
highda will get traction faster than lowda
