Cant speak for teh rewards, but Be-Drives file sharing links are really convenient to create and manage, There is a "Cloud File Sharing 2.1 or something. Angular scriipt iirc, Its developer is a really good dude, and offers actually affordable custom dev, so perhaps worth looking into if you dont come right. Hes scritp is pretty good too.
Cant go wrong or less expensive than Nextvloud + Collabora code as a solid backbone, would then just need to work on the reward and other bits, which themselves would be cakewalk to integrate thanks to cola / NXT flexibility and php based
