Don't install directly 1.7 version first you need to install 1.6 and then update it to 1.7

their is an issue when you use the vendor folder

you can do a fresh install of a subdomain pass the files to your subdomain and a new database and test thereby uploading all files except the vendor folder then start uploading the stripe and the PayPal folders but this is a file that detects the key and that is what block the site
