First image from gallery

Hi,
Could someone explain how to set first image from gallery (gallery created in Custom Fields) as feature image in Elementor? I saw a few similar post in Google but I don’t get it. Or maybe what plugin I can use to display only one image from gallery in feature image. I’m beginner so please be understanding.

Thanks for respons. Of course Now I introduced myself.
You right maybe I explain more. I created a form in Advanced Custom Field, where I have Gallery field. And during create post template in Theme Builder I would like to put only first image from ACF Gallery field.

Sorry for my mistake with elementor.
