Try adding GitHub by pulling option. Don't add it as manually. Create new repo and pull it automatically from GitHub folder. Your issue will get solves.

+ Edited the file .htaccess which is located in the **backend folder**

Also, to make the site available after installation, update the database \Update\1.3\sql\deposit_methods.sql

It really got better, but now it displays an error...
