if you still getting 500 internal server error in yoursite/backend/install/index , open .htaccess in backend > .htaccess and comment this
then run again yoursite/backend/install/index

If you have access to database then goto this table "apps" then change value in the "balance" column with any values more than "0".

Make sure you have AllowOverride Options privileges to use Options to allow Options +FollowSymLinks in the site Director
in PHP.INI and make the site PHP handler as CGI wrapper in site PHP options for this domain

Thank you, its work bro.
Or, another way (tested by me), signup stripe account, then generate secret key, turn on "test mode" in stripe api key, copy paste publish/secret key from stripe to the web, make at least 1 plans with min 1$ price & min 1 builds qty, then make a transaction in our web (flangapp) with any dummy card data. Done.
