It's nulled is so far as it works fine, but will not auto update anymore and may show Malformed license warning in the admin panel. I just close the warning.
You mean studio in the item page make sure it is enabled in option first. Working fine here on 3 sites.
if your not activating then I would say your functions.php is being over written with the licence info.
