At this very moment I cannot tell you. I'm struggling (please read: not enough time to work on it) for 2 months already to finish launching an online store for our business. I hope somewhere this week I get to test it and see how's made and which is more reliable.
While they are promoting the use of fluxbuilder I would say that either way should work but I can't be 100% sure right now. As soon as I get to look into the code, build and test the first demo app for the store I will reply with my opinion about what you asked.

Hey,
Can you throw some light on the FluxBuilder, as it asks the purchase code before generating the script, what about it? How to make it work for the nulled version?

As said before fluxbuilder asks for license to publish the app. @fab17an solution does not work for woocommerce, just for blog.

Hi, you can use FluxBuilder tool to change the design of app by drag and drop. It is also help you to change the app design after publishing app stores without rebuild the source code. It is available for Wordpress, Woocommerce, Magento, Opencart, Shopify, Prestashop

To customize your app you can use Android Studio. I really don't suggest you use someone else's other API keys .. if you don't want to share your woocommerce API keys!
