- Removed: Feature to disable jQuery migrate

@Tomz - main download changed to working version 
It will have no licence attached to it when installed and activated, however simply go Flyingpress licence tab and click Activate Licence.
@2langkah - you are a new member, don't make your first few posts wants or needs, read Babiato rules as well.
