I did, I made sure I followed the documentation. I went to the developer comments section someone also complained about this same problem even threatening to ask for refund. But the issue later resolved through support (not in the forum).

Mine is working perfectly. I just followed the docs, I installed in a subdomain tho. I don't know if It had an influence
