With all babiato's blessings now am well but sorry to say i am not creating video because developer yet not fixed bugs.. i have reported again before 3 days, he says will do it ASAP.. deeplink, onboarding have bug. whatsapp, call or any intent like click to call etc. not working in android latest version

yes
for anyone having the problem "system down for maintenance"
its one of two cases :
i - mobile internet is unstable (this will happen for everyone)
ii - the db file .mysql is outdated and missing fields
* (make sure you have the latest db file and not to set the header Nav Bar items to all to disabled this will cause this bug as well just set it to no header bar option from settings )

Finally, I found a fix. If you've done everything right and are still getting maintenance error check if your server is granting access to the API settings

-open the URL in browser - yourdomain/flyweb/api/settings/settings.php
if you get error then make the following changes in your PHP settings( I used shared hosting).

-Deselect "mysqli" and Select "Mysqlnd" and "nd_mysqli" and reopen the api settings URL. If you can see the Api data in your browser then your app can finally connect with the admin panel

if you have installation problem with purchase code, you can use my modified install.php. it worked for me.
