I had the latest version installed with the serial that they left here, but it has taken me out and when I return when putting the serial I have the same error as the people here .. Install error:> Install limit exceeded. Please contact us on support.stackcanyon.com (Error Code: x05)

Even on v2.5.2, I am getting this error
