another detail, the payment gateways are static. Only the cash method worked

FOR 2.7.0 (you may try for 2.6.1, but source files was from 2.7.0)
This is for testing only. I will delete this post after 24 hours. Then I will update my original post with the updated patch.
Please give feedback. This patch should fix:
1. roles-and-permission-management (Class sclc does not exist - error)
2. store-owner sort items (Class sclc does not exist - error)
3. OneSignal API error (without separate patch)
There might be other 'Class sclc does not exist' error, please report, so I can fix it as well.
If one of the Admins can make my original post sticky at the first page that will be great, so people here can easily find my "patch". @Tomz @White Devil or anyone give a poke to Admins?

Hi,
I did a new installation, using the file upload-this-for-fresh-installation-2.7.0. At the end, I opened the admin and went to list the orders, this error comes:
DataTables warning: table id = ordersDataTable - Ajax error. For more information about this error, please see http://datatables.net/tn/7
It has an attached image to show. In version 2.6.1 I also had the same error. Clean installation, with no changes to the files, without any configuration.
Has anyone here been through this? Any solution?
In the list of customers or couriers everything is ok.
