I think it will easier for you to create a new category, for example "HALF PIZZA".
Inside that category, you will have the Items as your "REGULAR PIZZA" or "JUMBO PIZZA".
If you require your customer to buy "TWO HALF", then you must set your minimum order price to at least like 1 REGULAR PIZZA price, so customer can not buy only half pizza. You must also think how you can prevent if customer want to buy 3pcs HALF, and also think about the price differences between pizza flavors.

any way to change the restaurant accordion tabs to horizontal scroll-able tabs .. for better look n to show more items in each tab in regular license.

Solution:
1. disable store owner create category
2. when store create item(s), list all categories available (not by who create the category)
This should be a simple 1 line edit (example: remove the WHERE 'id' IN '$restaurant_id')

Hello Sir @arrocy
I did just as you stated here (disabled store owner from creating & editing categories) but cannot get it to be shown on storeowner items. The No.2 i couldn't do. Don't know where / file to modify to make it possible for store owners to be able to view and choose the category set by admin.

Probably the license code used while installing was a trial one. Reason why @arrocy nulling seem to be ideal. requires no license code input
