I'm actually getting an error, could it be the release 1.4.0?

Basically I'm changing "Reply To", "Subject" and "Mail Template". Hit save.
When the form is filled I receive the e-mail in default, nothing from my changes is visible.

Only way for me to edit this was via, and then I change the default. So one for every form.
